In order to protect the Therapist and Client relationship, the Therapist will not accept invitations to social events or social media requests. While the Client is welcome to visit the Therapist’s publicly accessible professional Instagram account, LinkedIn, or Website, it is discouraged to leave messages on those platforms. The Client should also be mindful of privacy and anonymity before “following” or “subscribing” to any of those accounts. If the Client has any reservations regarding others knowing they are receiving treatment, or making assumptions about reasons for connecting with a therapist, it is best to not “follow” or “subscribe” to prevent leaving a social media trail that another user can see
