Direct Payment Rates
Direct payment rate is given below; a superbill can be generated upon request
Individual Therapy for Adult clients (ages 18+), 45 min Sessions
Individual Therapy sessions are $180 per session; payments are collected electronically by HIPAA compliant Ivy Pay.
Individual Therapy for Minor/Dependent clients, ages 15-18, 45 minute Sessions:
Individual therapy sessions are $200 per session for minor/dependents. I do not work with clients younger than 15 years of age.
Insurance
I do not work with any insurance panels. Depending on their out of network coverage, some clients may request an insurance superbill (a billing form that lists the services and the dates of services rendered) which the Client can provide to their insurance company to request reimbursement of services. Please note that there is no guarantee of full reimbursement or partial reimbursement by the insurance company for services rendered. In these cases, the client will pay all service fees and I will generate the superbill on a monthly basis.
