You recognize your ability to change the world through your craft. You create and inspire others through art, music, design, fashion, baking etc. But what if it’s hard to translate that creative process to your personal habits, relationships, coping skills and day to day living? Or the pandemic has taken it’s toll on your industry and you’re feeling purposeless. Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed with the weight of your feelings. Or you feel isolated and it seems like no one understands what you’re going through. Your future is full of hope and every decision you make creates it.
As we work together, we will focus your creative gifts on crafting the work of art that is your life. Some of our goals may include coping with anxiety, stress management, navigating pandemic related problems, implementing structure and disciplines for artistic growth. We can also work on gaining new perspectives on a problem, dealing with sadness, learning to love yourself, healing from past hurts, activating your creativity as coping skills, and understanding your feelings.
